TankhaPay is the name of the mobile App / Technology platform developed, owned and operated by M/s Akal Information Systems Ltd, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956. Throughout these terms, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “TankhaPay”, and “App/Website” refer to the company “AKAL Information Systems Ltd.”

This TankhaPay App / website promotes the business referred to on it. By using our Site, you agree to not knowingly circumvent, evade, or fail to comply with all applicable Terms to the extent they apply to you.

TAMPERING

User agrees not to modify, move, add to, delete, tamper, manipulate, or otherwise disrupt TankhaPay’s App / website or the information contained on the TankhaPay platform, including by not circumventing TankhaPay technical controls and security measures. All sales of products manufactured, distributed and produced by TankhaPay are made only pursuant to the terms and conditions of sale provided by TankhaPay in question at the time of sale, and nothing herein shall be construed as any waiver or modification of any of those terms and conditions.
